註釋Robert Craighead was born in Scotland and later moved to Ireland where he eventually died in Londonderry in 1711. His son, Thomas, immigrated to New England in 1715 and settled in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania in 1733. Descendants lived in Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina, Delaware, Tennessee, Ohio, New York, Arkansas, Tennessee, Alabama, Missouri, Texas, Indiana, Iowa, Minnesota and elsewhere.
