Bad Sex Math
註釋Over the next few days, paramedic Emily Kowalski's only goal is to spend some time in the sun while fulfilling her job as a bridesmaid during her friend's Caribbean cruise wedding. But as soon as she gets aboard, more things than the ship start to head south. The best man turns out to be her old flame, Ryan, whom she hasn't seen since their first attempt at sex ended in a broken nose. And the chief security officer, Devon, seems intent on either kissing or arresting her. Now, she's stuck on a ship between the both of them and the wedding is still two days away."Bad Sex Math" is the first romantic comedy by author Christine Barber -- winner of the Hillerman Writing Prize as well as a New York Times critic's choice nominee and a New York Times notable book stand out. "Bad Sex Math" is loosely based on her eight times as a bridesmaid, and includes all the bad hair, unfortunate outfits and screwball romance she experienced. Christine says she began writing the romance after the death of her mother, when every book she read seemed heart-crushingly tragic or downright horror inducing. Unable to find a nice story about strong, supportive women, she decided to write one. She hopes this book provides others the welcome, light-hearted escape she'd been seeking.
