Zunächst wird ein Einblick in Vorgehensmodelle für Software-Entwicklung gegeben. Da- nach wird auf die Theorie des Requirement Engineerings und des Konfigurationsmanagements eingegangen. Im Anschluss daran werden Prozesse und Techniken für die Umsetzung im Unternehmen entwickelt. Es wird besonders darauf geachtet, dass die vorhandene Projektmanagement-Plattform verwendet werden kann. Das Ergebnis der Arbeit zeigt, dass ein Anforderungsmanagement mit dieser Plattform nur bedingt möglich ist. Jedoch kann ein Konfigurationsmanagement mit einem frei verfügbaren Software-Paket ohne größere Probleme umgesetzt werden.*****This master thesis deals with developing a process for a requirements- and configuration management for a software-developing-team of a manufacturer of electronic components. First, the basics of the software development process, the requirements engineering and the configuration management are discussed. After this, some methods and techniques are designed for their applications in the company. Special attention is given to combine these tools with the existing project-management-platform of the company. The result of this thesis shows that the existing platform is not fully compatible with requirements engineering. Further it demonstrates that it is no problem to integrate a configuration management with a well-known tool.
