I. Introduction:

               Dr. Ambedkar was a great jurist and statesman of his time and his vision of Law and Constitution is of contemporary value for any democratic State. He was an Economist, Social Scientist, Leader of Labour and Depressed Classes, and a great Humanitarian. His ideology was reflected in his speeches at different events and in the Constituent Assembly Debates.

               Dr. Ambedkar deals with many issues in his life. Movement for Drinking Water in Public Places at (Chawdar Tank), Movement for entry into Temple at Nashik, Equal Rights Women in marriage and Property denotes his ideology for protection of basic human rights. Agrarian Reforms, Population Control, Social Security for working classes, educational guidelines, River Connect Programme, Religious Conversion, and Minority Rights were for the protection of the basic rights of citizens.
