Básníci světla
註釋The book is a set of seventeen essays not only focused on Chinese art, especially landscape painting, but also on other specific topics of this Asian nation. The theme of life and the work of famous Chinese artists occupies a large part of Josef Hejzlar's work as well as the essential part of this book. During his studies at the University of Beijing, the author had the opportunity to get acquainted with many Chinese artists, to watch their work or even to create them. Some memories are both a fascinating testimony to their lives. Equally inspirational is Hejzlar's account of the wandering of the Silk Gobi Desert Trail, or exciting descriptions of some works of art that can literally attract the viewer into their landscapes.
