Exploring Personal Characteristics of Teachers and School Climate Factors Related to Teacher Absenteeism
註釋The purpose of this study was to examine personal characteristics and environmental factors related to attendance patterns of teaching staff in one suburban school district in the Midwest. Utilizing a quantitative approach, data was collected on teacher characteristics and school climate using the employee database and a school climate survey. Analysis was done to determine which teacher characteristics and which school climate factors, if any, significantly related to hours of teacher absence.
