註釋Andrew Bliss Garfield was an early american tradesman and kept accounts from 1835-1840. His began his account book in 1835 when he 'commenced house keeping" when newly married. It is a fascinating list of pretty much everything in his estate at the time and the expenses incurred. He was also employed throughout the town of Millbury doing everything from outside work to making furniture, wagon bodies, to all types of woodworking.
