Place of publication varies. volumes for 1958 contain Minutes of the 100th [final] General Assembly of the United Presbyterian Church of North America, the 170th [final] General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church in the U.S.A., and the 170th General Assembly of the United Presbyterian Church in the U.S.A. University of Pennsylvania Libraries have Journal and Statistical volumes only. In 1958 the Presbyterian Church in the U.S.A. and the United Presbyterian Church of North America merged to form the United Presbyterian Church in the U.S.A. whose minutes continue the assembly numbering of the Minutes of the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church in the U.S.A. Assembly numbering continued by the Minutes of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), which was formed by the merger of the United Presbyterian Church in the U.S.A. and the Presbyterian Church in the United States in 1983.
