Operation Defending Paradise
註釋Operation: Defending Paradise is an action-romance novel about wealth redistribution gone criminally wrong There is a radical, disaffiliated, descendent of the Occupy Wall Street movement that has taken The Leader's manifesto of wealth redistribution as its operational mission. The "Warriors Achieving Redistribution" movement is spreading across The Republic. A newly forming WAR gang decides to target a small barrier island as its first "Redistribution Fundraiser" in South Carolina. The plan to invade Sea Watch Island is discovered by an undercover police Sergeant. Because of jurisdictional issues, budgets, and politics, neither her boss nor the jurisdictional sheriff will do anything proactive to foil the planned invasion. The islanders will be left to fend for themselves when the "War on Wealth" comes to them. The islanders employ creative, sometimes funny, defenses as they attempt to keep the invaders from harming them and looting their property. The story of the deadly confrontation is told by one of the surviving defense leaders to a beautiful woman journalist. Their developing romantic entanglement doesn't become obvious to the characters until the final chapters of the novel when a telepathy enabled smartphone reveals the journalist's feelings for the hero.
