What is Strategy, and Does it Matter?
註釋Has orthodox strategic management failed? What are the alternatives? This book challenges the basic assumptions of management orthodoxy. Markets are too hostile, competitors too dissimilar, and managers too irrational for conventional strategic planning to work. In these conditions, the author argues, strategists must choose between short-term efficiency, craft-like adaptability and internationally sensitive opportunism.
