ABSTRACT: We study the polyhedral structure of an integer bilinear covering set, which appears in the formulation of various practical problems including staff scheduling. Starting from the analysis of specific instances, we develop a polyhedral description of the convex hull of solution for special settings of the parameters and derive some facet-defining inequalities.
