When I Was Your Age (Illustrated Edition)
註釋Laura Elizabeth Howe Richards (1850-1943) was an American writer who published around 100 books including biographies, poetry and many works for children. She was the daughter of Dr Samuel Gridley Howe, an abolitionist and founder of the Perkins Institution and Massachusetts School for the Blind, and Julia Ward Howe, a poet and author best known for writing The Battle Hymn for the Republic, and also an advocate for abolition and a social activist. This book of childhood reminiscences for younger readers was first published in 1893 and includes 12 illustrations, mostly from photographs.
