Son of an American businessman, who enjoyed the privilege of England's upper classes, Jonathan King's life has been one of success and glamour. King's first US record release Everyone's Gone To The Moon (1965), went top 5. Since then he has sold over 40m records, lately Who Let The Dogs Out (2001), team theme of the New Orleans Saints.He founded Genesis, 10CC and the Bay City Rollers; introduced the British to American culture via his tv series Entertainment USA; presented WMCA in New York and NBC's Live At Five; and even wrote two novels, one based in Manhattan.
