An Evaluation of the Effects of the In-store Training Program of Gillette Philippines on the Key Account Specialist Participants
註釋This study attempted to evaluate the positive effects of the In-Store Training Program of Gilette Philippines on the Key Account Specialist participants.Eleven (11) Key Account Specialists were given questionnaires before and after the training program that measured the increase or decrease in levels of learning. The ANOVA Two-Way Repeated Measure Test was used to measure the levels of knowledge and skills gained in the learning level due to the program. A descriptive analysis of questionnaire results was used to evaluate finding on the other three levels of evaluation (reaction level, job behavior level, and functioning level).Results showed that the implementation of the training program had significant effects on the increase in levels of learning. It was therefore determined that this increase was due to the Gilette In-store Training Program.
