Views regarding the guiding principles for lotteries and gaming as established by the 1995 Lottery Review Committee are also outlined. Section 2 summarizes feedback and input from written submissions to the Summit. Appendices outline recommendations made by discussion groups, as well as a discussion paper sent out to solicit public input prior to the Summit.
