The collection also includes manuscripts by: Max Beerbohm for the introduction of "Rossetti and his circle"; Sir Hall Caine for his poem "Recollections of Dante Gabriel Rossetti," as well as notes for the poem; and a holograph poem by William Bell Scott, "On the birth of Thomas Carlyle's great-nephew." Also present is a manuscript essay in the form of a letter to the editor, entitled, "The late D.G. Rossetti," by Leonard R. Valpy.
