Intercultural Communication
註釋The goal of this text is to introduce students to the theoretical and practical aspects of intercultural communication. The text's articles begin with the basic elements of communication, and then look at how those elements are shaped by social and cultural forces. Specific co-cultures within the U.S., including Blacks, Hispanics, Gays, and women, are examined within the context of business, education, health care and the courtroom.
