註釋
From examples of what ICP can do, it will be appreciated why it is considered to be an exciting, versatile, and formidable new weapon in the arsenal of the analyst. Although many aspects of the source are still the subject of intensive research and development, it has definitely emerged from the experimental laboratory and entered the analytical facilities of commercial, industrial, and research organizations as a fully fledged, viable analytical technique. Unfortunately, the equipment is still relatively expensive but, in situations where there is a high throughput of samples requiring multi-element inorganic analyses, it gives the best return on investment of all the instrumental techniques in terms of cost per determination.
