Samuel B. Wright (ca. 1745-1831) emigrated from Holland to Utica, Oneida County, New York, married Catherine Fox, and later moved to Dearborn County, Indiana. Jonathan Calkins Wright (1808-1880), a grandson of Samuel, became a Mormon convert, and moved to Brigham City, Utah (via Illinois). Descendants and relatives lived in New York, Illinois, Utah, Idaho, Washington, Arizona and elsewhere.
