Letter, 1787 Nov. 1, [to] George Mathews, Governor [of Georgia], Augusta
註釋This is a letter dated November 1, 1787 from Major Augustus Christian George Elholm, a commissioner from the state of Franklin, to George Mathews, Governor of Georgia (1787-1788, 1793-1796), in Augusta. Elholm thanks Mathews for Georgia's continued help in fighting Indians along the frontiers, as well as in other policy matters. Elholm indicates that forces from Franklin are prepared to move "in concert" with Georgia forces in order to help Georgia fight their "common enemy". See tcc928 for the Mathews's reply to this letter
