Public Health and Related Laws of North Carolina
註釋This annotated edition includes all changes enacted by the General Assembly through the end of the 2007 session. The compilation includes many provisions of the public health chapter of the General Statutes (Chapter 130A) as well as selected excerpts from other chapters. For example, it includes emergency management and public records laws as well as laws that govern when a minor may consent to his or her own health care and how a public health inspector can obtain an administrative inspection warrant. It also contains an index.

A 2009 supplement is available that reflects amendments to the laws contained in the 2007 book, such as changes to the state's childhood immunization program, and also includes significant new laws, such as the statewide ban on smoking in restaurants and bars (https://www.sog.unc.edu/publications/books/2009-supplement-public-health-and-related-laws-north-carolina-2007-edition).
