Internationalization Strategies for German New Ventures
註釋The pressure for internationalization brings a number of challenges to German new ventures. This work is meant to explore these challenges and especially focus on the way how the companies handle them and which strategic approach they choose to reach their intended goals. An online survey and five personal interviews were conducted to find out, which internationalization strategies are applied by German new ventures and why they have been chosen. In form of six hypotheses the outcomes of the research are tested and show significant findings on the companies business models, their internationalization objectives, the relevant market conditions as well as the related internationalization strategies chosen.
