Where There is a Will -- Parliament Should Have Had the Will to Tackle Inheritance Law Properly
註釋The Wills Act 2007 has brought modest changes to the patchwork that is inheritance law. This article briefly examines some of the changes made to the law by the Act. It then goes on to recognize the opportunities for reform that the Act has missed. These include the effects of the changing nature of marriages, civil unions and de facto relationships in regards to inheritance, as well as the use of the Family Court in inheritance issues.
