The People Side of Systems
註釋For over 20 years of computing, technical problems with hardware and software have come and gone. Many of the problems of designing systems for people remain. The personnel who analyze and design computer systems are well versed in the technical aspects of computing; knowledge of and training in the people side of systems has been inadequate. It is that gap which this book attempts to fill. This book focuses on problems of developing and implementing systems which meet the requirements of the organization and satisfy the people who work in it. It has two practical aims: first, to get project leaders and system analysts thinking about the people side of systems; second to present practical advice on tackling the day-to-day tasks of developing and running systems.
