An Implementation Evaluation of the Native Community Council Project of the Aboriginal Legal Services of Toronto
註釋This report is an implementation evaluation of the Native Community Council project undertaken during a six-week period during February and March 1993, almost two years after the project was initiated. The purpose of this evaluation was to provide a comprehensive description and assessment of the planning, design and implementation of the Native Community Council project, and its operation to the present. Specific objectives of the evaluation were: to provide a description of the community consultation and needs assessment conducted by Aboriginal legal services of Toronto; to assess the efficiency of project implementation; to assess the organization of the project and the efficiency of service delivery; and, to provide recommendations for the future development of the Community Council project specifically, and for urban-based Native justice projects in general.
