註釋Ephraim Child (1593-1663) and his nephew, Benjamin Child (d.1678), immigrated in 1630 to Watertown, Massachusetts. Ephraim left no progeny, but Benjamin settled in Roxbury, Massachusetts, and left twelve children. Descendants and relatives lived in New England, New York, New Jersey, Virginia, Ohio, Michigan, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota and elsewhere. Some descendants became members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and moved to Utah and elsewhere. Other descendants immigrated to Ontario and elsewhere in Canada. Includes some Child ancestry and genealogical data in England.
