The sequelae related to these accidents can be psychiatric and represent an important cause of functional limitation and economic repercussion both for the individual and employer.Materials and Methods:Retrospective study of the forensic psychiatric examinations conducted in the National Institute of Legal Medicine and Forensic Sciences - Centre Delegation over a 5 year period by consulting the clinical lawsuits. The cases were characterized using variables such as demographic, social, type of accident, presence of psychiatric sequelae and their classification according to the ICD-10 diagnostic criteria.
