Magnolia Homes, LLC
註釋Abstract: Middle-aged adult children are facing a crisis: how to take care of their aging parents who can no longer take care of themselves. This is especially challenging for Korean Americans since whatever the options are, it is compounded when your parents have limited English proficiency or have certain cultural preferences. Magnolia Homes, LLC is a licensed Residential Care Facility for the Elderly located in the city of La Mirada, adjacent to Orange County which has the second largest Korean American population in the United States. It will cater to the needs of Korean American elders as an alternative to skilled nursing facilities. Korean American elders who do not need skilled nursing but need help with taking medication, dressing, cooking, and other activities of daily living can get as little or much help as they need in the language that they can understand at Magnolia Homes, a beautiful 5-bedroom house with a large backyard and its own organic farm. This business plan proposes the need for an alternative to skilled nursing facilities and presents a market analysis, feasibility scenarios, an overview of the legal and regulatory issues and end with financial assumptions.
