Pp. 9-30 give an overview of the history of the Jews in the Czech Lands from the Middle Ages and in the town of Polička from the 18th century. Pp. 25-30 deal with the Holocaust period. The rest of the book is organized according to names of families, giving information on the families who lived in Polička from the late 18th-early 19th centuries. Includes lists, with biographical information, of Jews from Polička who perished in the Holocaust and of those who survived.
