This catalogue presents surface phytoplankton pigments concentrations (chlorophyll a plus phaeophytin) calculated using Coastal Zone Color Scanner (CZCS) images of the St. Lawrence Gulf. The data set consists of 80 images taken between March and September for the years 1979 to 1981.
