The challenge of adaptation
註釋This study examines the processes by which the US Army sought to prepare itself for the future after the conclusion of the Korean War, Vietnam War, and the Cold War. It examines how, in the wake of major conflict, the Army "learned its lessons." Insights are provided into how the Army sought to prepare for the future and suggests approaches which Army leaders may wish to keep in mind as the Army adapts to evolving circumstances and realities.
