Based on actual civil and criminal case studies, it was focused when images of Abu Gharaib and Guantenamo Bay prisoners subjected to sexual, mental, and physical abuse were flashed by the electronic media. Equally bad news items of a New York innocent youth suffering imprisonment of 27 years and rape of a lady officer in Air Force Academy Colorado followed.
