Theory and Practice in Experimental Bacteriology
註釋In the past, the techniques of experimental bacteriology have perhaps, received less emphasis in textbooks than those used in medical and public health laboratories. Although all branhces of bacteriology overland to some extent, the day-to-day problems encountered in experiments are not of a kind that usually disturb routine test, and we have therefore tried to provide a documented guide to the basc bacteriological techniques, including some theory as well as working rules. We have alsoincluded a number of tables that greatly lessen the computation involved in standard procedures like viable counts by the dilution method.
