Christ, the Rock of Our Salvation
註釋For every Christian, the epicenter of his new life is none other than Christ Himself. But who is Christ? What are His qualities? What are His offices and why is this important for a Christian to know? What did He do in fact for sinners? And what is He still doing? Presbyterian author and theologian William S. Plumer wrote this one of a kind book on christology, the theology of Christ, with the aim of uplifting Christ, His Person, His offices, and His work before our eyes so that we would admire and praise Christ more and more. This book is one of the best books on christology and what is unique about it is the mixed approach the author took to it -theological and devotional at the same time. This book has been originally published in 1867. The current edition has been proofread, typeset for eBook readers, and slightly updated for modern readers.About the author: William Swan Plumer (1802-1880) was an American elder, preacher, theologian, and author renowned in the Presbyterian Church.
