Vocational Education and the Development of Knowledge in Sweden During the Post-war Period
註釋This research programme deals with the formation of knowledge in firms and administrations and with manpower planning and the formation of human capital in the public educational system - as well as with the interplay between those two levels. Thus, the authors find it possible to use a multi-theoretical approach within the research programme by dividing it in two projects. One project, in which educational policy and planning processes are studied, is macro-oriented. In the other project, which is micro-oriented, new growth theory forms a theoretical starting point. Finally the results from the two projects will be compared, which will imply a sort of evaluation of swedish educational planning and policy.
