The John B. Cornell Collection

Cornell's anthropological papers, field notes, photographs, manuscripts, publications, documentary and source materials, and other materials relating to Japan after World War II, and to Japanese immigrants in Brazil. Of particular interest is the extensive collection of photographs, slides, and field notes documenting Japanese village and social life, agricultural practices and land use, material culture, family life, and other subjects.
