註釋Natural resources are used by human beings to satisfy their subsistence needs. In this sense, the conservation of the environment requires a system of social, socioeconomic, and technical-productive measures, aimed at the rational use of natural resources, the conservation of natural complexes, as well as the defense of the environment against pollution and degradation. The objective of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the irresponsible use of natural resources through neutrosophic statistics. From the results, it was obtained that a proposal to reform the environmental legislation should be recommended to control and avoid the overexploitation of natural resources, in addition to achieving environmental education in the population and thus acquiring responsible ecological behavior in society.
