In 1991 he opened his first bakery in New York and by 2010 his Crumbzz bakery was shipping thousands of cakes nationwide and his cafe and catering company was serving enthusiasts many of the dishes that would soon become mainstays of his many fans. In 2011, Sadler opened his International Bistro in a suburb of Dallas, Texas. It was here that he began to offer the unique dishes that he found during his worldwide travels.
