A Look Back Over My Shoulder
註釋Memoirs of a Jew born in Stuttgart in 1934; pp. 13-42 relate his experiences in the Holocaust. In 1936 his family fled to Czechoslovakia, where they were refugees, first in the Sudetenland and then in Prague. In November 1942 he and his parents were deported to Theresienstadt, where he spent the next three years in the children's barracks, sometimes working in the tailoring shop. The three survived and resettled in Australia.
