註釋We can get caught up sometimes and stuck in all the negativity that we kinda forget what we have around us that is truly great. Especially, in this ever changing world we live in.When you start to focus on good things, you start to expand your world on all the good things around your life.Soon you will see more, you will enjoy more, and even appreciate more in life.Practicing gratitude has so many powers and helps rewire the brain to think in a more positive way and once you get writing you start to feel more happiness within yourself as a person. I cannot describe the feelings you may feel but it is transforming. Start looking at things that are not giving you fulfillment in your life and try to find some good things about it. For example, work is not motivating and is getting you down, you have lost that passion, that drive in life. By looking for positive things in the workplace you start to see more good and feel more warmth towards the workplace. It can be really challenging at first but the more and more you give it a go and try the more your world starts to change a bit. The power of this exercise becomes more fluid and easier.
