Now with their absence, humanity begins to weigh the risk of waiting for a return that may never happen, or making a grab for power before someone else does, risking retribution from angry prodigal deities. While jumping back and forth from the present day to 11,000 BCE, we learn just what happens to Seth and Cleito, and how they end up caught supporting a rogue mission carried out by a rebel task force, and how their actions affect the state of our world today.
