Put On The Noise is a collection of poems lovingly dedicated to Dr. Dennis Karambelas from his wife and daughters. Dennis lived for only three months following his cancer diagnosis in 2017. Crafted with honesty and occasional humor, the poems seek to capture the essence of what it means to be a family through love, loss and grieving, and should resonate with readers who have lost loved ones. Divided into two parts, titled Loss and Leap, the book confronts head-on the myriad of emotions one experiences in the aftermath of death and the resilience of family as its members work through grief and find closure together. This is the first publication for the three authors and features original cover artwork from graphic artist and friend of the family Joanne Birdsell.
