註釋
"The purpose of the study was to analyze the beliefs and perceptions about reflection by educators. The research contains answers to questions such as "Do teachers have different beliefs or perceptions of reflection and how it can improve teaching practices?", "Are the beliefs and perceptions of reflection different among teachers that teach at different education levels?", and "Are the beliefs and perceptions of reflection different between female and male educators?" The research for the study included conducting a survey anonymously through Surveymonkey.com and distributing it to a Midwestern school district. The results of the survey were analyzed using the programs Microsoft Excel and A Statistical Program (ASP). Results point toward a significant difference in the perceptions and beliefs pertaining to reflection of teachers at varying levels of education. Training and professional development revolving around reflection are some aspects of improvement that the school district could consider to improve the outcome of the analysis findings."
