Samuel Ogden to Henry Knox Recommending Mr. Barclay, 3 December 1788
註釋Introduces Mr. Barclay, the bearer of this letter, noting that Barclay hopes to solicit an office in the new government. Asks Knox to make Barclay known to the Eastern Senators. Docketed by Knox: from S. Ogden Esqr. respecting Mr Barclay also sundry testimonials from Mr Jay Mr Adams.
