The volume includes ten of the most memorable cantos of Dante's Inferno, Canto V of Purgatorio and Canto XXXIII of Paradiso. Twelve of the most popular poems from Petrarch's Canzoniere are included as well as ten popular tales from Boccaccio's Decameron.
