Bhagavad Gita is the song of God , the supreme God of Gods Sri Krishna , who came down to earth as a human being . Sri Krishna is the eighth avatar of VIshnu , the God of Consciousness . It is only the human beings who are all divine , they become gods . Bhagavad Gita is the essence of Vedas and Upanishads . This is the teaching of Sri Krishna to Arjuna on the battle fields . Arjuna overcome by depression and despondence , refuses to fight the enemies who were against Truth and righteousness . The teachings are more relevent even today than ever before . Ignorent and evil people not knowing the truths of existence are terrorising innocent people all over the world .

Bhagavad gita is the book of supreme knowledge . Every living being is divine . we are not just the body nor the Mind . we are the deathless , fearless and changeless spirit . We have to fight untruth and injustice . That is the duty of every human being . Fight we have a chance to win , weakness is sin . Surrender is worse than death . Kings also die , slaves die , warriors who fight die and those who surrender also die . Death is certain for all . Bhagavad gita shows the way to remember who we are and regain our divinity . It also shows the way to make life joyful and a celebration .
