Only by developing a proper understanding of anger you can win your anger or stress. If you really want to drop your anger or stress then the only way to understand the anger or stress. If you run away from stress then stress will never leave you. Only by developing the proper understanding about stress anger and fear you can drop it. If you want to drop your stress then you need to know the answer of following questions first. What is Stress? Need Stress? How stress changes our behavior, our physiology, our psychology, our hormones level and neural activity of our mind.? How you can transform the electrochemical energy of stress or anger?
