Integrated Skills Reinforcement in Pharmacy Personnel Management
註釋The student population of the Long Island University, College of Pharmacy, the site of the study, has become increasingly more diversified. Students come from, or trace their origins to a great variety of disparate cultures. While this ethnic variety greatly enriches the educative process, it also provides attendant challenges. Many of these students come to the college with language barriers, and while they develop great technical and scientific expertise, they do not develop the language skills necessary to communicate this knowledge effectively. Still other students who entered the college with limited writing and verbal skills, have no opportunity within the existing curriculum to improve these skills.
