Nutrition in Medical Practice
註釋Abstract: The traditional curriculum in American medical schools neglects nutrition education. The "scatter" approach--acquiring nutrition education from peripheral sources during medical school and in active practice--is inadequate. The book is organized as an accessible overview of the nutritional aspects of medical practice as they applyto major organ systems. The need for courses in applied nutrition for medical students is emphasized.
