Акцентовано увагу на проблемах трансформації відносин власності в Україні. Вказано на недоліки роздержавлення, що зумовили формування олігархії та інституційної пастки олігархізму. Викрито ряд негативних наслідків олігархізації в контексті створення передумов для ефективного функціонування інституту власності. Дано рекомендації щодо його подальшого реформування, в основу яких покладено ідею формування раціонального співвідношення державної та приватної форм власності з метою подолання явища олігархізму, розвитку пріоритетних секторів економіки та інклюзивного розвитку суспільства в цілому.

The attention is paid to problems of a transformation of the property relations in Ukraine. Shortcomings of the denationalization, which caused the formation of an oligarchy and the institutional trap of oligarchism, are indicated. A number of negative consequences of the oligarchization in the context of the creation of preconditions of the efficient functioning of a property institution are shown. Some recommendations that concern its further reformation
and are based on the idea of the formation of a rational ratio of the public and private forms of property are given with the purpose to overcome the phenomenon of oligarchism, to develop economy’s priority sectors, and to ensure the inclusive development of the society on the whole.
